A response-based sales role where you propose rental properties to customers who visit after browsing the internet or other sources. You will inquire about the customer’s desired area, layout, budget, and other preferences and provide tailored proposals based on their needs. As a "housing professional," your job is to propose the "best" option for the customer from their perspective. There are no individual quotas.

● Building Relationships with Property Owners

As an Able Housing Coordinator, you do more than just show properties to customers. A key feature of this role is the deep relationships you build with property owners. This includes managing properties, handling administrative tasks, proposing renovations, and supporting rebuilding projects. It is a rewarding job where both customers and property owners will be delighted when a room is successfully introduced.

● Welcoming Inexperienced Candidates

The majority of current employees at Able started without any prior experience. Even if you are worried about having no knowledge of the real estate industry or no experience in customer service, there is no need to worry. Able provides thorough training at the time of joining and OJT training at each store, with experienced senior employees offering solid support.
