Support clients hiring fresh graduates from India
- Publish English job postings and accept applications
- Advise on screening, interviews, and offers
- Coach students in Japanese interview etiquette
Requirement
Required:
- Business-level English & Japanese
- 1+ year in the recruitment/human resources industry
Preferred:
- Experience living in an English-speaking country
- Experience related to India
- Experience in sales, customer success, or business development
Ideal Candidate:
- In their 20s–30s
- Has studied abroad, wants to use English
- Seeks a more global working environment
Benefits
Annual income: ¥3,500,000 – ¥6,000,000
Monthly: ¥250,000 – ¥500,000 + bonus
