Job description

At the Japanese language school operated by One Coin English, we provide a friendly and effective learning environment for foreigners.

Our experienced instructors cater to a wide range of needs, from daily conversation to business scenarios, helping students develop practical Japanese language skills. The classes are small, fostering an atmosphere where it is easy to ask questions and learn effectively.

We are currently recruiting a "School Manager" to manage the operations of our Japanese language school!

Specific duties include:

Handling customer service for foreign students, including lesson reception and guidance on enrollment and withdrawal
Managing customer data using a computer
Email correspondence (in English)
Coordinating with the teacher manager to manage lesson schedules
Cleaning the school building
Managing the reception staff team
Managing numbers (no quotas, incentives based on achievement of goals)
Guiding events held at the Japanese language school

Requirement

Required Skills:

Experience in sales/customer service (regardless of industry, individual or corporate)
PC skills (email, chat tools, etc.)
Japanese: Communication level or higher
English: Business level or higher

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing part-time staff
Experience working in a multicultural environment

Language Levels:

Japanese: Communication level or higher
English: Business level or higher

Desired Mindset/Personality:

Interested in working in a global environment
Has an understanding of different cultures
