• After joining the company, you will go through classroom training before starting OJT (On-the-Job Training). You will enter the field with a solid foundation of knowledge. If you encounter anything you don't know while assisting customers, feel free to ask for help from other team members. You’ll be working in a team of 2-3 people with senior colleagues, so you can feel secure!
