Job description

Potential candidates for the store manager position will be responsible for various store operations, including both front-of-house and kitchen duties.

You will be assigned to work at a ramen restaurant, where you will learn about ingredient management, cooking, staff training, and store operations.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Handling duties in both the serving area and the kitchen
  • Revenue management
  • Budget management
  • Schedule management
  • Ordering ingredients
  • Managing and training staff
  • Potential for future transfers

Comprehensive Training Program:

  • After joining, you will start by learning the theory behind the Gift Group's philosophy and principles, along with basic knowledge. You will then be supported by a mentor under the company's unique "teacher-student" system. You will be taught everything from profit-boosting tips to managing and developing staff to become a successful store manager.

Clear Personnel Evaluation System:

Quarterly Promotion Opportunities to Store Manager:

Work time
