Job description

Potential candidates for the store manager position will be responsible for various store operations, including both front-of-house and kitchen duties.

You will be assigned to work at a ramen restaurant, where you will learn about ingredient management, cooking, staff training, and store operations.

Specific Responsibilities:

Handling duties in both the serving area and the kitchen
Revenue management
Budget management
Schedule management
Ordering ingredients
Managing and training staff
Potential for future transfers

After joining, you will start by learning the theory behind the Gift Group's philosophy and principles, along with basic knowledge. You will then be supported by a mentor under the company's unique "teacher-student" system. You will be taught everything from profit-boosting tips to managing and developing staff to become a successful store manager.

Must have one of the following experiences:
Experience in the food and beverage industry
