Job description
- Prepare and oversee operational guidelines

Requirement

- Individuals with customer service experience in hotels, restaurants, apparel, call centers, etc.
[Preferred]
- Individuals with experience in the food and beverage department of a hotel
- Individuals with experience in management/customer service at a restaurant
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
