Job description
CAD/CAE (Mechanical Design) Engineer:
- Engage in product design, 3D CAD modeling, CAE analysis, and optimization design.
- CAD Engineer: Work on advanced design development using 3D CAD (CATIA/NX/Creo) at client sites or company locations.
- CAE Engineer: Perform CAE analysis and design rationalization and optimization using tools like NASTRAN, DYNA, PAM-CRASH at client sites or company locations.
XR (VR) Engineer:
- Engage in VR content creation using CAD and Unity development skills at client sites. At company locations, participate in content development projects like "SADOKU."
3D Printing Engineer:
- Act as a "Manufacturing Producer" and provide support and proposals in areas related to development and production for large manufacturers (automotive, electronics) using high-end 3D printers.
Note: Assignments will be based on skills and preferences.
Requirement
CAD/CAE Engineers:
- No design experience required. Open to all majors, including those without experience.
XR (VR) Engineers:
- Programming experience and VR space creation skills are required. Experience with Unity/Unreal Engine is essential. Languages: C, C#. Important: Portfolio submission is mandatory.
3D Printing Engineers:
- Must be from a technical background with an interest in 3D printing.
2025 Graduate Recruitment Events:
- Part 1 - For those undecided about their desired job:
- Casual Talk Session (60 minutes)
- Informal conversation focused on your areas of interest, with introductions to matching positions. If interested, further selection process details will be provided.
- Managed by experienced company managers or engineers.
- Part 2 - For those who have decided on their desired position:
- Job-Specific Presentation & Selection (90 minutes)
- 30 minutes of company introduction and Q&A, followed by a 60-minute first interview.
Job-Specific Selection Events:
CAD/CAE Engineers:
- Aptitude tests are waived for CAD/CAE applicants. Open to all majors. Knowledge of 3D CAD and mechanical engineering is a plus.
XR (VR) Engineers:
- Programming and VR content creation experience required. Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine. Languages: C, C#. Note: Portfolio submission is mandatory.
3D Printing Engineers:
- Ideal for candidates from technical backgrounds with an interest in 3D printing. Knowledge of mechanical engineering or materials, or experience with 3D printing, is a plus.

Benefits
