Job description

Requirement

■ Japanese Level: Conversational or higher

■ Completed a paid IT school or expected to graduate / Have practical experience

■ Practical experience in system development

■ Experience as an IT architect, PL (Project Leader), or PM (Project Manager)

■ Practical experience in a technical staffing company or system development company

■ Coding experience (particularly welcome if you have more than 3 years of experience)

■ Especially welcome if you have experience with Java/C/Python implementation

Salary Details:

■ Annual income: 2.59 million to 2.94 million yen

Determined based on experience and ability
6-month probation period (no changes in salary or benefits during this period)

★ Salary increase once a year (April)

★ Bonuses twice a year (May and November)

Example Salaries:

Annual income of 9 million yen / 37 years old, engineer position, 10 years of experience
Annual income of 6 million yen / 32 years old, engineer position, 5 years of experience
