Job description

After 1–2 months of training and on-the-job learning (OJT), you will be responsible for software testing of products developed by major manufacturers, such as automotive systems and IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consulting on testing processes
  • Planning test strategies
  • Quality control
  • Creating test specifications
  • Executing tests
  • Progress reporting and documentation

Target Products

  • Automotive systems and in-vehicle devices
  • Smart devices (e.g., smartphones, car navigation systems)
  • Web systems such as e-commerce platforms and packaged software

Expected Work Areas

  • After acquiring testing skills, you will also handle reading/writing English documentation and communicate with clients in English.


Requirement

Required

  • Ability to read, write, and engage in daily conversation in English
  • Interest in the IT industry and a strong desire to learn technical skills
  • Motivation to work in third-party software quality testing

Preferred

  • Experience with automotive device evaluation (preferably in a managerial role)
  • Class 1 or 2 Japanese driver’s license
  • Automotive mechanic certification

Benefits

  • Annual Salary: ¥3,500,000 – ¥7,000,000
  • Monthly Salary: ¥207,000 – ¥413,900
  • Average overtime: 24 hours/month (fully paid separately)

  • FY2023 actual: 5.3 months total (2.8 summer + 2.5 winter)
