Job description
- Participate in sales meetings with clients, assisting the company in consulting and delivering management software solutions to businesses in Vietnam.
- Support installation, deployment, and provide user guidance for the software.
- Address customer inquiries and provide technical support after software deployment.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure they are effectively utilizing the software and are satisfied with the service.
- Update and relay customer requests to the technical and product teams to improve service quality.
- Occasionally join sales meetings as support, though interpretation is not the primary role.
Requirement
- Proficiency in Japanese, with a certification level of N2 or higher (required).
- Preference for female candidates with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles such as sales support or customer support.
- Experience in customer service or accounting is a plus, with attention to detail being essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle situations quickly and tactfully.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage work efficiently and independently.
- Able to work under high-pressure environments and maintain continuous interaction with customers.
