Job description
At a newly opened luxury resort hotel entering its second year, you will be entrusted with general guest services as a Front Desk Staff Member.
[Specific Duties]
In the morning, services include buffet-style dining, while lunch and dinner feature full-course meals. Your work will involve hall services for French, Kaiseki (traditional Japanese multi-course), sushi, teppanyaki, Chinese cuisine, and the lounge.

Requirement
[Required Qualifications]
- Customer service experience in a restaurant
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese (Japanese proficiency certification is not required)
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Ability to speak foreign languages (e.g., English, Chinese)
- Ability to provide bright and polite service
