Job description

■ Job Description

You will participate in projects as a DX (Digital Transformation) partner for client companies, primarily responsible for frontend development.

Your tasks will include creating a component catalog using Storybook, designing API interfaces, implementation, testing, and release.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to challenge infrastructure setup (mainly PaaS) and CI/CD pipeline setup.

If desired, you may also be involved in backend development.

We focus on a team-based development approach. The team remains involved in projects continuously, understanding the client’s business and optimizing processes as needed.

We proactively adapt to business changes to maximize customer value.

We maintain close communication with clients, discussing requirements, reviewing developed applications, and seeking feedback.

For unclear requirements, we create prototypes and refine them based on client feedback.

Information management and daily interactions are conducted online using ticket management systems and web conferencing tools. Onsite work at the client’s location is not required.

Requirement

Required Skills:

  • At least 1 year of practical experience in web application development as a front-end engineer.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience developing components using tools like Storybook and working with design tools like Figma.
  • Experience working with clients and adjusting requirements.
  • Experience in Scrum development.

Language Requirements:

  • Japanese Level: N2
  • No other language requirements.
