Recruitment for Product Design and Development Position (Tokyo)

Residency status: Working visa (Skilled labor, Humanities knowledge, International services)

You will be responsible for the design and development of high-end plastic cosmetic containers.

Specifically:

Product design based on design drawings from cosmetic manufacturers
Meetings with cosmetic manufacturers
Meetings with various departments within the company (including the sales department)
Requesting production from external mold makers
Developing new mechanisms and technologies (proposals, discussion meetings, etc.)

After joining, you may participate in training at various technical departments and manufacturing plants within the company.

Assigned Department: Technical Headquarters, Design Department, Design Group 1

Preferred Conditions:

Experience in designing drive and control systems (aimed at semi-automation or full automation)
Background in mechanical engineering or engineering fields
Experience related to plastic enclosures
Experience related to plastic molds
Experience in negotiating with customers during product design
Experience in prototyping and development using injection molding
Ability to work and communicate effectively with colleagues
