Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries (email/phone), create itineraries and estimates (in Japanese & English)
- Procure services and coordinate bookings overseas (optional overseas trips a few times per year)
- Manage either inbound or outbound tours depending on your preference
- Plan, sell, and attend premium tours such as major golf tournaments and MLB game tours
- Arrange cultural and gourmet experiences for inbound Japan tours
Skills & Experience You’ll Gain

Requirement
Requirements
- 1+ year of work experience
- Native-level Japanese
- Daily conversational English or above
Preferred Qualifications
- Business-level English
- High digital literacy
- Experience in travel or hospitality industries
- Tour conductor or on-site coordination experience
- Golf playing experience
