As an attendant staff for Japanet Cruises, you will be responsible for supporting customers on about 10 cruises a year.

When not on duty, you will be involved in office work such as handling cruise reservations and sending documents.

There are many foreign staff members on the cruise ship, so if you want to utilize your English skills, you can play an active role in various areas such as acting as a bridge between customers and Japanese staff!

〈Attendant Duties〉

• Number of attendant days: 10 days per trip × around 8 trips per year
• At the onboard service counter, provide information and respond to customer inquiries ⇒ Use tablets to provide smooth and accurate information
• Patrol the onboard floors
• Guide customers about onboard tours and events
• Lead onboard events
• Support sightseeing at ports of call

〈Other Duties〉

• Answer phone calls for cruise reservations and inquiries
• Send documents, etc.

You will be working on the luxurious cruise ship "MSC Bellissima," which was featured in a Netflix movie. This ship accommodates about 4,000 passengers and is equipped with glamorous facilities like a casino and bowling alley. The rooms are as comfortable as a hotel, and each staff member is assigned their own room. In addition, meals are provided free of charge on the ship (including on days off), and we hope you will help us provide wonderful trips with a spirit of hospitality.
