Job description
- General management of the hostel (check-in, support via phone/email, travel information, cleaning inside the hostel, etc.)
Requirement
- No degree required
- No experience necessary
- Cheerful attitude, capable of serving customers with enthusiasm
- Ability to communicate in English
→ Daily communication skills, email responses, and business communication skills are not required. We value communication skills over English certificates.
- Able to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (including year-end, major holidays, and Obon festival)
- Basic PC skills such as Excel, Word, and email
- Preference for candidates with solo international travel experience

Work time
- Working shifts from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM according to a shift system.
- Detailed working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Working 4-5 days a week, approximately 160 hours per month
