Job description
You will be responsible for cooking duties at the hotel's restaurant!
Specifically:
- Ingredient preparation
- Cooking Western and Japanese dishes
- Washing cooking utensils
- Cleaning the kitchen area
Additionally, you will handle ingredient procurement, propose new menus, and manage hygiene. During buffets, there may also be opportunities to cook dishes like fried eggs in front of customers.
