Job description
- Communication with airlines’ Operation Control Center via email, phone, and other tools
- Supervision of cargo loading
- Conducting in-flight security checks
- Coordination with handling companies
- Coordination with crew hotels
- Liaison and coordination with headquarters
- Preparation of handling reports and various other reports
- Other related duties
Requirement
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from a vocational school or higher, with work experience
- Valid regular driver's license
- Work experience in an airline or handling company
- English proficiency (able to communicate with flight crews and headquarters, TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cargo loading supervision
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and computers (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
