At JapanViec, we are proud to be the bridge that helps young Vietnamese talents realize their career dreams in Japan. Today, we want to share the inspiring story of Vo Minh Tien – a special candidate who has captured the attention of both us and leading recruiters.

From Outstanding Student to Clear Goal

Vo Minh Tien is currently a final-year student in Japanese-Vietnamese Automotive Engineering at HUTECH University and is expected to graduate in November of this year. Even while still in school, Tien demonstrated excellence and a progressive spirit. He was one of the six most outstanding students in his faculty, honored to participate in an internship program at a leading Japanese automotive company.

What's even more special is that among those six elite students, Tien is the only one with N2 Japanese proficiency. This is clear evidence of his continuous efforts and clear career direction.

Aspiration for a Mechanical Design Position

After his internship, despite receiving a Fresher position offer from the internship company, Tien decided to seek another opportunity that better matched his passion. He didn't want to stop at a general mechanical engineering position but aspired to delve into the field of design – where he could maximize his creativity and in-depth knowledge.

That's why Tien came to JapanViec and applied for the Mechanical Design position for graduating students. JapanViec became the only place that offered Tien the opportunity to pursue his design dream, a position he believes will help him develop most strongly.

A Bright Future in Japan

Tien continuously hones his Japanese language skills every day, ready for a new journey in the Land of the Rising Sun. With an early graduation in November, he aims to move to Japan in April of next year to begin his official work program.

Vo Minh Tien's story is a vivid testament to how thorough preparation, clear direction, and a fearless spirit will open valuable opportunities.

With solid specialized knowledge, impressive Japanese language proficiency, and a strong desire to contribute to design work, Tien is a valuable asset that any business would wish to have. JapanViec always encourages everyone to bravely pursue their passions, constantly learn and improve themselves. Tien's story shows that with determination and effort, the door to a career in Japan is always open for those who truly desire it.
