Must-Have Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of development experience in Ruby, Java, PHP, Go, or Python.
• Infrastructure design, construction, and operation experience (cloud environments).
• Experience with MVC/MVCC web application frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git or other source control tools.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Japanese proficiency: N3 or higher
• Ability to stay updated with technology trends.
• Team development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation (Infrastructure as Code - IaC).
• Experience in developing systems considering high traffic and large-scale data loads.
• Experience troubleshooting in production environments.
• Frontend development experience.
• Leadership experience with a multi-member development team.
