Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop proprietary AI prototypes tailored to specific use cases for clients.
- Build and implement generative AI functionalities in SaaS products.
- Implement multi-modal approaches, including model selection, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.
- Conduct agile development based on Proof of Concept (PoC) results.
- Improve RAG accuracy (LLM implementations).

Requirement
Mandatory Skills/Experience
- Over 4 years of experience in full-stack web application development (frontend and backend).
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT certification not required).
Preferred Skills/Experience
- More than 4 years of experience using Python.
- Proven experience in the development and operation of proprietary services.
- Experience building and operating systems using AWS or GCP.
- Leadership experience in tech stack selection, development guidelines, and code reviews.

Benefits
1.Salary: Upto12.5 million JPY (negotiable based on current annual income, abilities, and experience.)
- Fixed Overtime Allowance: Includes compensation for 45 hours of overtime per month. Additional overtime beyond 45 hours will be paid separately.
2.Bonuses, Remuneration and Special Notes:
- Twice a year (April and October)
- Incentive twice a year (May and November)
