Job description
- Taking orders in the service area
- Operating handheld devices for order input, cash register operations, and serving food in the service area
Requirement
Staff assignment process:
- Document screening
- First interview (primarily face-to-face, but online interviews are available for distant applicants)
- Second interview (practical test at the actual store for about 4 hours)
- Full reimbursement for travel expenses (please bring the receipt).
- The store for assignment will be determined after the practical test.

Benefits
Salary:
- A: Starting at 285,000 yen/month, 8 days off/month
- B: Starting at 300,000 yen/month, 7 days off/month
- C: Starting at 315,000 yen/month, 6 days off/month
- D: Starting at 330,000 yen/month, 5 days off/month (initial few months will have 6 days off/month)
- E: Starting at 335,000 yen/month, 4 days off/month (initial few months will have 6 days off/month)
Salary raises:
- No regular salary raises.
- Salary increases are determined by the supervisor based on job performance and work achievements.
Bonuses:
- No bonuses.
- If the store meets sales goals, a bonus of 20,000 yen may be awarded.
Salary closing and payment dates:
- Salary closing: End of the month.
- Payment date: 25th of the following month.
Commuting allowance:
- Regular staff: 5,000 yen/month (included in the total salary).
- Store manager: 10,000 yen/month (included in the total salary).
- In case of extra shifts due to company reasons, additional commuting expenses will be provided.
Deductions:
- Employment insurance, pension, social insurance (including nursing care), worker’s accident insurance, income tax.
Staff nationalities:
- Japan, Myanmar, Vietnam, South Korea, Nepal.
Work time
Working hours:
- Shift-based between 15:00 to 24:15.
- Standard working hours: 8 hours/day (60 minutes break).
- Number of workdays and off-days vary depending on the contract.
Overtime:
- 20 to 45 hours/month.
- The company operates under the "minashi-zangyo" (presumed overtime) system, meaning overtime pay is not provided for work under 40 hours/month.
- Overtime exceeding 40 hours will be compensated with regular overtime pay.
Work locations:
- Hamamatsucho, Tamachi, Shinjuku, Shinagawa, Kanda, Shibaura, Ebisu, and other locations along the Yamanote Line.
