Job description
- Airline supervisor duties
- Passenger handling for chartered flights and private jets
- Coordination with handling companies and other outsourced partners
- Communication and coordination with airport building management, CIQ, and other related parties
- Reporting duties to airlines
- Invoice preparation
- Other related tasks
Requirement
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from a vocational school or higher, with work experience
- Valid regular driver's license
- Passenger handling experience at an airline or handling company
- English proficiency (able to communicate with flight crews and headquarters, TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
- Japanese proficiency (able to handle phone and email communications with internal departments and business partners)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Check-in experience
- Operations experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and computers (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Work time
